Letters to the Editor are rarely objective--but its always interesting to put our hands on publications that are profiling the dangers of alcohol-based hand sanitizers--and eloquently describing the newer, alcohol free products that penetrate dirt (we know alcohol doesn't) , kill germs, and are otherwise much safer and friendlier than the flammable, alcohol based products.
