Last week, after officials in Puerto Rico disclosed that Swine Flu had landed with hurricane force, government procurement offices recognized that legacy, alcohol-based hand sanitizers could not be flown in to the island,(alcohol hand sanitizer products are highly flammable and are not transported via plane, only by boat or truck), and since determined that only non-alcohol based products could prove to be the solution.
